What to Bring
Clients and bathers will be provided with towels, robes and slippers. For bathers, each of our shower enclosures will contain the award-winning VOYA shower product range for your enjoyment. Please bring a supply of water to keep you hydrated during your treatment, or you can purchase a bottle here at reception. Be sure to ask for a complimentary VOYA herbal tea to complete your experience in VOYA Seaweed Baths!

Health
Please advise us of any health condition that you may have. You will also be required to complete a consultation with our therapist prior to the treatment.

Etiquette
VOYA’s goal is to ensure that all their clients experience a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable treatment. With this in mind, we ask our clients to be aware of their fellow guests and to display discretion and respect towards them. As courtesy to other clients, please switch of your mobile phone when entering VOYA Seaweed Baths. VOYA Seaweed Baths is gender neutral - there are no separate female and male areas except for the toilet facilities in reception. VOYA Seaweed Baths and Spa Treatments are strictly for over 16’s. Under 16’s can use the seaweed baths if accompanied by an adult.

Arrival Time
Our clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their Spa appointment beginning. We have a busy schedule here at VOYA Seaweed Baths and unfortunately if clients are late we may have to deduct time from the duration of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel an appointment, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice for group bookings and 48 hours for individual appointments. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the booking. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment/package. Pregnancy
The following treatments are suitable during pregnancy from the second trimester: Foot Retreat, Seaweed Eye Marine Treatment, Anti-Aging Restorative Facial, Atlantic Fresh Facial, Indian Head Massage, Reﬂexology, Seaweed Bath (No steam).

Caution
If you have had a serious illness or operation in the last 6 months please notify us at the time of bookings as this could impact on the treatment booking. We reserve the right to cancel or change bookings due to contraindications to the scheduled treatment.
