To ensure you have the best possible experience, please review our health guidelines and complete your consultation form before arriving.

Consultation Form

You will be asked to complete a digital consultation form 48 hours before your appointment.

Please Note

• Building works are currently taking place, and there may be some noise disruption during your visit.
• Parking is limited at the seafront. A larger car park is available on the left-hand side as you approach the seafront. Please allow extra time to park before your appointment.
• Access to the relaxation room is subject to availability on the day of your booking.
• We recommend bringing loose, comfortable clothing to change into after your treatment.

Seaweed Bath

Our signature Seaweed Baths are the purest expression of VOYA’s connection to the Atlantic coast. Using organic, hand-harvested seaweed and warm seawater, this restorative experience helps nourish and hydrate the skin while promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Your experience begins with an optional steam session (maximum 3 minutes) to prepare the skin and allow you to enjoy the benefits of the seaweed’s natural nutrients.

You will then relax in a bath of warm seawater and freshly harvested Atlantic seaweed.

The full steam and bathing experience lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Mud Infused Detox Bath

A deeply relaxing bath experience inspired by traditional peat bathing rituals. Infused with organic seaweed extracts, this rich mineral mud bath helps nourish the skin while providing a soothing and restorative experience for tired muscles.

Designed to leave both body and mind feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed.

Organic Aroma Bath Salt Therapy

A calming bath experience combining VOYA organic essential oils with mineral-rich bath salts. Infused with lemon, lime, clove, basil, mandarin and patchouli, this aromatic soak is the perfect introduction to further VOYA treatments or a relaxing experience in itself.

Seaweed Bathing

For your safety and comfort, we do not recommend seaweed bathing if you:

• Are in your first trimester of pregnancy (up to 14 weeks)
• Have diabetes
• Are within 6 weeks of surgery or have medical stitches in place
• Have a seaweed or iodine allergy
• Have an overactive thyroid condition
• Have a neurological disorder
• Have been advised by a medical professional to avoid hot water or steam

We recommend taking your bath at a cooler temperature and avoiding the steam unit if you:

• Have high or low blood pressure
• Have any heart-related conditions
• Are taking anticoagulants, antihistamines, narcotics or tranquillisers
• Are pregnant in your second or third trimester

If you currently have lymphoedema, we ask that you provide a letter from your Medical Practitioner confirming suitability for your chosen treatment.

Your Therapist will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns and will tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

In line with our health and safety procedures, we reserve the right to adjust, postpone or cancel treatments where a contraindication may affect your wellbeing or safety.

What to Bring

Everything you need for your experience is provided. Towels are available in each bathing room, and guests enjoying both a seaweed bath and treatment will have access to our changing facilities and be provided with a robe.

We recommend bringing your own flip-flops or suitable footwear for moving comfortably around the spa.

Each shower area is stocked with VOYA’s award-winning shower products for you to enjoy before or after your bathing experience.

To get the most from your visit, we encourage you to stay hydrated by drinking water before, during and after your bath.

Spa Etiquette

At VOYA Seaweed Baths, our aim is to create a peaceful, restorative environment where every guest can relax and fully enjoy their experience.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of those around them by keeping noise to a minimum and treating fellow visitors with consideration and respect.

Our Relaxation Area is a quiet space designed for you to unwind and take in the beauty of your surroundings. We invite you to switch off, silence your devices and enjoy a moment of calm overlooking the coast.

Age Requirements

VOYA Seaweed Baths and Spa Treatments are available to guests aged 18 and over only.

Proof of age may be requested upon arrival.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

During busy periods, parking along the seafront can be limited, so please allow extra time for parking and arriving at the spa.

Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, as we want to ensure every guest receives the full experience while respecting the appointments that follow.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for group bookings and 24 hours’ notice for individual appointments.

A booking deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your appointment.

Appointments cancelled outside of the required notice period, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment or package price.

Share the gift of relaxation with VOYA. Our range of certified organic VOYA Beauty products and VOYA Seaweed Bath gift vouchers are available to purchase at our spa.

Gift vouchers can be used towards Seaweed Baths and spa treatments, making them the perfect gift for a loved one or a well-deserved treat for yourself.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online and are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Pregnancy

We offer a selection of treatments that can be enjoyed during pregnancy from the second trimester (after 14 weeks).
